At this moment we do not accept end user order over the phone. All orders
must be placed electronically over the internet (preferably via the
Clickbank system). If you have any questions on our products, please email
us. Your email will be answered within 12 working hours.
Contact information for wholesale customers
(concerning our CDROM product line):
We have a head office in the downtown area of Hong Kong and a R&D facility
in the New Territories. We do not run a shop floor for outside visit and
do not operate a purchase toll free hotline. You may, however, first
contact us by email. Do make sure you include information about your
business, and we will allocate a staff to follow up your enquiry and
answer your questions either by email, fax or phone. You may also refer to

Most of the time our IT
infrastructure is pretty reliable. Still, in some rare circumstances our IT guys may
make mistake which lead to unexpected server downtime. If for whatever
reason your emails to us turn out to be undeliverable for more than 48
hours or if our web site becomes inaccessible, please do the following:
