If this was your son who placed the order using your card/Paypal acct and received our product(s), you will have to ask him to pay you back. As an ethical merchant we have the right to get paid for what we have delivered. Unfortunately, any attempt to dispute a charge using the "my son made the purchase" excuse will have to be treated as fraud - we will have to turn the matter to your local law enforcement agency (and a collection agent if necessary). We strongly advise that you resolve any dispute between you and your son privately and at the same time fulfill your obligation of paying for the delivered order. |
