It is our pleasure to serve customers from around the world. Ordering directly from our distributors is easy and convenient.

We've tried to make purchasing and using AirsoftPRESS's eBooks as quick and easy as possible. However, if this is your first experience purchasing one of our products, it is essential that you read, print out and follow these instructions.

Pre-Order Checklist

Before placing an order, please make sure you go through the checklist below:

	Did you go through the product information presented in this web site? Have you been fully informed of the nature and features of our e-book products?
	Do you have a computer technically ready for running our e-book products? We have just implemented a new copy protection system. You will need a working internet connection and a valid email account to activate the CD you have purchased, and the files on the CD will only work on the particular computer you use for performing activation. Your computer must be running Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 or Windows Vista in order to complete the activation process. Linux and Mac are not supported at this time.
	Can you make payment online using a valid credit card? Our payment processor / distributors accept credit card payment online (note that you must be at least 18 years old in order to purchase online).

Customer Service F.A.Q.

Why is email account necessary?

Do remember to provide us a valid email address when performing software activation. We rely solely on the email address you provide us for communicating with you and to send you the unlock key. To ensure that you can receive our emails without having them filtered away by any anti-spam facility run by your ISP, add us to your email software's address book. Our email address is editor@airsoftpress.com.

Why don't you list a toll free phone number on your web pages?

We do not provide a toll-free telephone number because this results in increased fixed-expenses that we must pass along to all of our customers, even if only a few need to call. We are very much here for our customers, but we prefer to keep our operating costs low and pass the savings on to ALL OF YOU. You may contact our distributors if you prefer to talk on the phone. They all operate their own hotlines.

Are there any S/H charges?

For CDROM products, S/H charges may vary depending on your location. For electronic delivery there is no S/H charges. However, electronic delivery is an option available only to college students, faculty and military personnel.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Most of the time the answer is NO, however it really depends on the state of your residency. Our processor/distributors will tell you whether sales tax is to be collected.

Is online credit card transaction secure?

Absolutely. Do note that our distributors have all IP addresses recorded for protecting transaction integrity.

How to identify the transaction from my credit card / Paypal statement?

Please check with our payment processor/distributors on this after completing a purchase.

How do you combat fraud?

We immediately disclose information of any fraudulent transaction on our Fraud Alert page. The same information will be shared with other online merchants and the appropriate law enforcement agencies for proper follow-up actions to be taken.

Is there any return policy?

Since AirsoftPRESS is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that you've carefully read the corresponding product description section before placing an order.

What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the AirsoftPRESS ebooks?

You may:
Read them on the computer or print them out.

You may not:
Resell or redistribute them.
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of the AirsoftPRESS.

Do you have your ebooks available in printed format?

No not yet.
