In early 2005, when AirsoftPRESS was founded by a group of airsoft specialists, airsofters outside of Japan either relied on free speculated advices from the internet or paid a gunsmith for service. Selling professionally developed self-help guides to the public was scandalous, and when people first began to show up in games armed with nothing but a weapon upgraded under the guidance of an AirsoftPRESS publication, many people laughed.

But then a funny thing happened. Although some "experts" scolded the public that it was foolish to upgrade or maintain an airsoft gun without seeking direct person-to-person advice, ordinary airsofters soon proved them wrong. Self-help guides from AirsoftPRESS were slowly becoming respectable.

Over time, AirsoftPRESS's publications became essential fixtures on Airsofters' workbenches, and soon, even some Airsoft dealers began using AirsoftPRESS's materials and recommending them to their customers.

Why should I buy your e-books if I can get answers from the airsoft boards out there? You can ask as many questions as you like on those airsoft boards, and for sure you will get many different answers - all filled with speculation. Let's face it, "risk-free" free lunch doesn't exist. Reading a book is like attending a class. You want to learn the correct way of doing things and avoid all sorts of costly mistakes. Think about it - if the parts are ruined due to improper upgrade methods, how much is it gonna cost you to have them fixed? Are your e-books simply compilations of free internet information? Absolutely NOT. The TOCs show the common concerns and difficulties faced by most airsofters. The contents are the VERIFIED technical information (i.e. the accurate answers) provided by our team of technical experts who are part of the airsoft industry. In fact, our answers to many technical issues are different from the so-called expert advices posted on the free internet forums. We know what we are talking about. Why don't you offer the e-books in hard copy format? If we have them in hard copy, the cost and price will have to be much higher in order to offset the additional costs on operation and logistics. We also believe that our readers pay for the valuable information presented in our books, not for a bunch of inked paper. Our eBook is designed with the look and feel of a real book. You can even print out any page you like with a simple mouse click. Save a TREE! Why cut more trees when we don't have to?	Why don't you just publish the e-book on your web site and make them available for free (and charge people on ads instead)?  AirsoftPRESS has the goal of becoming a credible information source. For now, our route is to publish e-books. If we base our revenue solely on ads, chance is that we may have to publish biased opinions. Maximum separation of editorial and advertising is possible only if we don' rely solely on ads. Why don't you publish some testimonials made by your customers? Oh, we thought that the "testimonial" marketing trick doesn't work in the modern days. Do they (still) work? :> What English dictionary do you base your spell check on? US English. If you find any spelling mistakes, let us know and we will pass the info to Microsoft :> The level on "the use of English" is a highly subjective matter. Our goal is to have the contents presented in such a way that even a beginner can have no problem understanding them. Who are your target audiences? Airsofters who are relatively new to airsoft upgrade & maintenance and are willing to learn the most appropriate ways of doing things without making costly mistakes. Can I purchase resell rights?
